Order Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

At Seltrivarix, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while still allowing a short window for customers to make changes after purchase. This cancellation policy is designed to balance fast fulfillment with customer flexibility.

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment stage.

Fulfillment stages may include:

  • Order verification

  • Warehouse processing

  • Item picking and packing

  • Shipping label creation

Once any of these stages begin, the order is considered locked and cannot be modified or cancelled.

After the 24-Hour Window

After 24 hours, most orders are automatically transferred to our warehouse system for processing. At this point:

  • Cancellation requests will no longer be guaranteed

  • Orders may already be prepared for shipment

  • Interception of packages may not be possible

We strongly recommend contacting support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refund Handling

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible period, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 2–4 business days after approval.

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Partial Orders and Adjustments

Once processing begins, we are unable to modify individual items, quantities, or shipping details. In such cases, the entire order must follow standard fulfillment procedures.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Already shipped or in transit

  • Already packed or assigned a tracking number

  • Special promotional or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Incorrect information provided after order confirmation

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To request cancellation, please contact our support team and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used during checkout

  • Email address

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Requests are reviewed in the order they are received.
